How a winter runs.

  1. 01

    We walk the property.

Lots, walks, stairs and trouble spots, mapped before winter so nothing gets missed in the dark.

  2. 02

    A price in writing.

A seasonal or per-event price, agreed before the first storm. No surprise invoices in March.

  3. 03

    Our own crews.

People on our payroll, the same ones who build and care for our own buildings.

  4. 04

    One call for the building.

Pair it with lawns and grounds for one crew that looks after the property all year.

One crew, all year.

The crew that clears your lot in January mows it in June. Ask about pairing snow with lawns and grounds.

Common questions.

Do you plow residential driveways?

Our routes are built for commercial and multifamily properties: lots, drives, walks and entrances. If you own or manage a building with several units, we'd like to hear from you.

Where do you provide snow removal?

Pittsburgh and the Mon Valley, including Charleroi and the surrounding river towns.

How is snow removal priced?

Either one seasonal price or a per-event price, agreed in writing before the first storm, so there are no surprise invoices.

When should we sign up?

Before the first storm. We walk each property in the fall to map lots, walks, stairs and trouble spots, then put it on the route.

Do you salt and de-ice?

Yes. Salting and de-icing of lots, sidewalks, entrances and stairs is part of the service.
